Practice in Tartu Art School
Last year my schoolmate Amanda and I got a chance to go to Leonardo da Vinci “Improvement of professional skills of young artists of Janis Rozentals Riga Art High school in the European art space” mobility project and study in Tartu Art School for a month. It was the first foreign mobility programme I participated in and also the first time I stayed abroad for such a long time, so in the beginning I was not only excited about going but also a bit worried how it all would be. Well, my worries were definitely needless, everything went out really great and it was a fantastic experience which I would suggest to everyone for whom it is possible to try.

You do not have to go very far to experience something new and exotic.
In 2001 the Leonardo da Vinci programme gave me an opportunity to do my placement in a beautiful Lithuanian port town Klaipeda. These two months were very useful in professional terms and I could put my skills to the test in many new situations.
